Here are 4 steps to consider

  1. Appreciate Yourself

Your body is made up of over 32 Trillion Cells. Have you every stopped to think about what those cells do for you on a daily basis? When you take time to appreciate all the things your body let you do, you will start to appreciate and feel gratitude for everything that happens. This is the start of living a happy life.

2. Improve you Internal Talk

What do you say to yourself in your own mind? This is your inner monologue which can be a voice, and image, or a feeling. What you say to yourself has more effect on your life than what other people say to you. If you catch yourself speaking negatively about yourself or your body, replace the though with something you like about yourself.
